This Christmas, we bring you the Balcó de Calella to your home with a proposal at the height of one of the gastronomic references of the Costa Brava. Our letter of introduction is a clear commitment to author and market cuisine with the use of local products.
If you want to keep the spirit of the Fiestas alive and enter 2021 with an explosion of flavours, the Balcó de Calella is your solution. Our gastronomic offer, devised by chef Hèctor Ortega, includes typical Christmas dishes such as Escudella and Carn d'Olla amb galets farcits, Chicken de pagès rostit nadalenc and Canelons de l'àvia. A la carte there is also room for Baked Fish, a Llobregant with aromatic herb mousseline and a chocolate coulant tartlet and nougat mousse with vanilla fruit soup to serve as dessert.
Proposals accompanied by a wide selection of wines and cavas, among which we highlight the product from the area closest to the paradise of Calella: Coll de Roses, Sàtirs Blanc (DO Empordà) and La Goja (Celler Mas Patiràs).
